When you arrive at the racecourse, head immediately left in the car park, and park near the furthest gate at the end of the stand, this is where you come in, you will then make your way across the track to the centre course where the event is situated.

Please bring warm clothing, blankets and chairs. Picnics are welcome, as we are only one of the events left that allow picnics and drinks please take your rubbish home.

🍱 Food/Drink

There is no catering on site, Guests bring their own food and drink to the event, the racecourse does have a bar, but it is a couple of mins walk.

🎥 What to expect ? When you arrive, Music will be playing through the speakers, whilst you sit and chill with your friends and family, so enjoy some friend/family time in some beautiful surroundings.

The event may NOT go ahead in heavy rain or winds. If the event does go ahead in unexpected bad conditions, you may be entitled to transfer your ticket to another event. IF YOU COME PREPARED, YOUR HAVE FUN, If you don’t and it starts raining, and say you have no umbrella or even chairs, your evening will go down hill fast.

🚬 If you feel like smoking or vaping, you're more than welcome to do so on site but please head to the side or back of the event AWAY from other guests. We just want to make sure everyone's having a good time and not bothered by smoke. Thanks!

🗑 Rubbish: please be considerate, please either take your rubbish home or use the bins provided.

🚻 On-site toilets will be available, this will include a walk across the track to where the toilets are located which are Inside the main stand, guests tell us that land toilets are better than portable loos and worth the extra minute walk.

⛔️ We can't have any boozehounds here! We want everyone to have a good time and sip a little drink', but we also want you all to be smart about it. If you start slurring your words and wobbling around, we might have to kindly ask you to call it a night. So let's have fun, but let's keep our wits about us!

We encourage you to bring warm clothing, a torch, extra layers, appropriate footwear depending on the weather for that day. Please note: NO BBQs.
