Shrewsbury goes down a storm

Another town, Another city.... and it's light rain on the cards. Well we are getting used to it now so wet gear at the ready and we are off for a double bill. Top Gun Friday 10th June and Dirty Dancing Saturday 11th June and straight away to see nearly everyone at the event dance to the last 10 mins of Dirty Dancing was just something i'll treasure for ever. It was just breath taking, such an enjoyable event. It was light rain at the start but by the time the film started it was all gone and the film was enjoyed by all who attended. I will definitely be coming back to Shrewsbury College for sure.

Nice post, it really captures the atmosphere of outdoor cinema events and how unpredictable weather can actually add to the experience rather than ruin it, especially in a place like Shrewsbury where community events like this bring people together in a really relaxed way. I like how it highlights that even with rain or changing conditions, people still turn up and enjoy the moment, which kind of shows the appeal of watching films in a more open and social setting compared to a normal cinema.
